CITY OF OZ

Working with many regional councils, I became aware of the frustration felt by many regionally-based Australians that they are disadvantaged by metrocentric government policies. So, working with 2 Victoria-based colleagues, we set about creating an advocacy platform for regional Australia. We started by reminding policy-makers just how many Australians live outside the capital cities.

SCOPE

Concept, name, logo, website (including all written content), introductory video and social media management. Subsequently gave rise to Make It In Oz (a showcase for regional business/job opportunities) and Made In Oz, a showcase for regional artisanal products.

OUTCOMES

First regional application of the Make It In Oz platform in 2018.
Others slated for development.
