Too many people approach negotiation as they would bargaining in the markets – offer, counter offer until agreement is reached. Almost always, one of the parties feels hard done by.

Objectives:
To enable managers to negotiate more effectively with clients, suppliers and staff. This workshop is especially valuable when negotiations are between parties in a long term relationship. Participants learn the benefits of more creative approaches to negotiation rather than the typical bargaining methods that leads to less effective win/lose results.
