Developing Deputies is designed to provide individuals with everything they need to become effective in-house corporate trainers.
Objectives:
Developing deputies is a workshop to provide managers and internal corporate trainers with the tools they need to build and conduct effective in-house training sessions on technical and practical subjects.
This train the corporate trainer workshop includes:
- Setting behavioural objectives
- Understanding how adults learn
- Facilitation skills
- Planning and structuring a training workshop
- Making training practical and memorable through creativity
- Practice sessions with personal feedback
Creative Theme: The Wild West, because the sheriff [the training director] needs the help of responsible people to be his/her deputies.
Duration: 2 days
Number of participants: A small focused group… up to 8 people
Target: Managers who are knowledgeable about their own subject area yet need to learn the skills to pass their knowledge on to others. Could be from any department. Generally mid to upper level.
